What Personally Identifiable Information is Collected
Individuals and organizations who elect to contact us, enter the competition, volunteer or create a POB account voluntarily provide us with contact information such as name, e-mail address and POB affiliation (e.g. high school, sponsor, partner, etc.). Those that order merchandise from the website provide us with a shipping address as well as contact information. Credit card information is not collected by the POB from the payment processor.
How Your Information May Be Used
We use your personal information to e-mail POB information to you; answer your queries and requests; ship merchandise; forward school-related queries to you; provide access to POB forms; and to plan and produce the annual New Mexico Pageant of Bands competition. You may choose to dis-enroll from the POB website by emailing a request to do so to firstname.lastname@example.org. All information about you will be deleted.
The POB does not provide, sell, or rent email addresses to anyone outside the organization.
